At the Airport 

If you have decided to make a Last minute upgrade to Turkish airlines, then you can do it by visiting them at the Airport desk. You can simply go to the Airport desk and ask the Authorities to upgrade your flight. They need to check the availability for you, and if the business class or premium class seat is free, then you can easily register for that. • Select your language and press 1. 
• Press 2 for reservations and related queries. 
• Press 3 to select a seat for you. 
• Press 4 to learn about pet policy. 
• Press 5 for flight cancellation and related queries. 
• Press 6 for flight change and related queries. 
• Press 7 to take help from them in upgrading.
• Press 8 to connect with Turkish Airlines customer service. 
• Now wait for a few minutes, and when the agent connects with you, ask them to upgrade a flight for you. 
• They will ask for some details, and after that, you can pay for the upgradation by clicking on the link that they will send you by Email.
